Abram Valerianovich Osokin was born in Kiev, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union in 1965 to a family of ethnic Russians. Osokin emigrated to the United States in 1988, settling in the Brooklyn borough of New York City, New York. Osokin became a member of the Petrovic crime family in the USA, rising to the rank of associate after serving as an enforcer for several years. One night in 2008, Osokin and several other Russian mobsters were ambushed by The Lost MC as they drove from Queens to Brooklyn, and Osokin was gunned down by Johnny Klebitz behind the driver's wheel of his car.
