Biography[]
Armand Melanson was born in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1941 to a Cajun family, and he became an enforcer for the Dixie Mafia in Charlie Kincaid's crew. In 1968, Melanson was sent to serve as a bodyguard for Doug Marcheti in Delray Hollow, and he was gunned down during a nighttime shootout between Lincoln Clay and the enforcers.
