The Soviet 695th Army was a 54,000-strong army of the Soviet Union that was stationed in Kaliningrad, Russian SFSR during the Cold War. The army was sent to guard the Baltics in the aftermath of World War II, and it guarded Koenigsberg after its annexation by Russia.
