Guo Tu (?-205) was a tactician of Yuan Shao. When Wu Chao was suddenly attacked at the Battle of Guan Du, Guo Tu advised that they should attack Cao Cao. However, this led to Yuan Shao's defeat. After Yuan Shao's death, he became advisor to Yuan Tan. Guo Tu was killed in the Fall of Nanpi to Cao Cao's forces, impaled by a tremendous discharge of arrows ordered by Yue Jin, in the same battle that cost Yuan Tan his life.
