Isaac W. Brooks
Isaac Webb Brooks (25 July 1920-) was a US Army private who served in the US 506th Infantry Regiment during World War II.


Isaac Webb Brooks was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania on 25 July 1920, and he enlisted in the US Army at the start of World War II in 1941. He was assigned to the US 506th Infantry Regiment, and he trained at Camp Toccoa, Georgia before making his first combat jump into France in 1944. Brooks was then sent on special missions, including the 1944 Bavarian chateau raid, during which Brooks and Finley M. Harding were sent to evacuate the American squad from the chateau in a stolen German truck.
