Kiyomitsu Miyabe (Japanese: 清光宮部) was a Sengoku Period-era samurai in the service of the Takeda clan. Miyabe was given command of a group of fellow Shinano Province warriors that served under Shingen Takeda in his campaigns in central Japan, and in 1574 he fought at the Battle of Agematsu, pursuing fleeing Oda troops and slaying many.
