The Lebanese National Movement (LNM) was a front of leftist and pro-Syria organizations in Lebanon formed in 1969 and dissolved in 1982. Its most important role was during the Lebanese Civil War, when it fought against Israel and the Christian militias as an ally of Syria, Hezbollah, the Amal Movement, and the Muslim/leftist groups. Mohsen Ibrahim was its General-Secretary, and Progressive Socialist Party General-Secretaries Kamal Jumblatt and Walid Jumblatt were two major leaders of the LNM. It disbanded in 1982, to be replaced by Jammoul.
