Lucas Zimase was a Rwandan Hutu Interahamwe militiaman. In 1994, Zimase took part in the Rwandan Genocide, and he was involved with massacring, raping, and torturing Tutsis, imprisoning many of them at an Interahamwe hideout run by Georges Rutaganda.
