Oldrich Dusek
Oldrich Dusek (22 February 1912-30 April 1945) was a German Wehrmacht hauptmann during World War II.


Oldrich Dusek was born in Gorkau, Bohemia, Austria-Hungary (now Jirkov, Czech Republic) to a family of Sudetenland Germans, and he enlisted in the Wehrmacht of Nazi Germany in 1938 after the annexation of the Sudetenland. Dusek fought on the Eastern Front during World War II, taking part in the war against the Soviet Union. In 1945, Dusek was one of the defenders of the Reichstag during the last days of the Battle of Berlin, and he was killed in action by the Red Army in the trenches in front of the building.
