Oudin of Bruges (fl. 11th century) was a Flemish noble, who was the Baron of Bruges, a vassal of Robert I of Flanders. Oudin took part in the Flemish Rebellion of 1080 against the Kingdom of France but in 1086 Bruges was put under siege and in 1088 the city fell. Oudin was ousted by King Philip II of France and died a pauper.
