Pope Alexander V Ottobuono
Pope Alexander V (1254-), born Ottobuono di Razzi, was Pope from 19 August 1316, succeeding Pope Sergius V.

Ottobuono di Razzi was born in Aquileia, Italy in 1254, and he served as Patriarch of Aquileia during the early 14th century. On 7 June 1315, Emperor Friedrich the Usurper appointed Ottobuono as his new Court Chaplain after Ottobuono pointed out that he was better than Bishop Johann of Lavant, and Ottobuono served as a cardinal and court chaplain until 1316, when he was elected Pope following the murder of Pope Sergius V. Ottobuono was consecrated as "Pope Alexander V".
