Terumoto Sakashi (died 1578) was a Japanese samurai and a general of the Mori clan. He was killed in battle in the Battle of Kozuki Castle.

Sakashi was well-known for his skills on a Lute, but was also a fearsome warrior. Sakashi was a trusted retainer of Motonari Mori and served him in the battle for Kozuki Castle, playing the game where the Mori would have to grab as much land as possible before the Toyotomi did. However, he was hit in the ribs by Kiyomasa Kato's arrows, and died, leaving one of the four unoccupied garrisons in his hands.
