William Duff
William Duff was a British general in the service of Jamaica during the Cold War. Duff, a veteran of World War II, resided in Kingston, Jamaica and worked as a superintendent for the Jamaican government, and he worked with Government House secretary Louis Pleydell-Smith and MI6 agent James Bond in investigating Julius No's operation on Crab Key in 1962.
